Apollo Building Performance Ltd. is an energy advisory business operated by Jesse Cummings in Penticton, BC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us with questions.

• Name, email address, and phone number included in a quote request, website form submission, or inquiry
• Project details you choose to share, such as the address, municipality, and message details
• An optional answer about how you heard about Apollo
• The landing page, referring website hostname, and campaign parameters attached to the current quote-form visit, when available
• Any other information you voluntarily include in an email, form submission, or message

Website form submissions are processed by Netlify as the hosting provider. The limited source information above is stored with the quote request so Apollo can understand which search, map, referral, or directory sources produce builder inquiries. This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-session behavioural tracking. Standard server access logs (IP address, page path, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for security purposes.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and which traffic sources produce inquiries. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish unique visitors. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google. You can opt out of Google Analytics measurement by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How we use your information

Information you send us is used only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out the energy advisory work you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except where required by law or needed to deliver the work you requested, such as submitting reports to a municipality or building department.

How long we keep your information

Project files and correspondence are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes consistent with professional practice obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

This website uses first-party cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors. These cookies do not contain personal information and are not used for advertising. No other cookies are set by this website.
